Macross WebRings Hikaru Ichijo is an amateur pilot onboard the Super Dimensional Fortress Macross. Ace pilot Roy Fokker takes him under his wing and teaches him the finer points of surviving encounters with the Zentradis: an alien force intent on capturing the Macross. But Hikaru's attention is divided between the attraction he feels for Lynn Minmei, the resident idol singer, and Misa Hayase, the First Officer and his superior. The english series Robotech: The Macross Saga is actually the integration of three totally unconnected anime shows: Super Dimensional Fortress Macross, Super Dimensional Cavalry Southern Cross, and Genesis Climber Mospeada. The Macross series continues in a different timeline with Macross II: Lovers Again, Macross Plus, and Macross 7.
